Doc JPR Virtual Assistant is a teleconsultation service operated by a licensed Filipino physician for non-urgent medical concerns. It is designed to make basic medical documents and consultations accessible to patients across Bulacan – Pangasinan – Laguna – Metro Manila — directly through Facebook Messenger.
All requests are personally reviewed by Dr. Ramos. Payment is collected only after the physician approves the request and confirms it can be fulfilled. Every issued document is tamper-evident and verifiable online using its unique QR code.

Type "Hi" or tap the Get Started button on the Facebook Page. The assistant sends you a secure, one-time intake form link to fill out — available in English or Filipino.
Complete the short form (your details, your concern, and the document you need), then send a photo of your valid government ID in Messenger so the doctor can verify your identity.
Dr. Ramos personally reviews every request. If a video call is needed for clinical assessment, a booking slot is offered. Complex cases may require additional information before a decision is made.
Payment via GCash or Maya is requested only after the doctor confirms the request can be fulfilled. You will receive the payment amount and instructions via Messenger.
Your medical certificate, prescription, or lab request is issued as a secure PDF and sent via Messenger. Each document has a unique ID and QR code for instant online verification.
Every document issued by this service carries:
JPR-YYYYMMDD-XXXX)Anyone — an employer, HR department, school, or government agency — can verify a document at /v/[document-ID]. The verification confirms authenticity and issuance details without revealing any medical information.
If a document you have received does not appear in the verification system, treat it as falsified and contact Dr. Ramos immediately via Messenger.
Your information is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS), and the physician dashboard is access-controlled and authenticated. Your government ID is deleted within 30 days of closing your case, and payment screenshots expire on a set schedule. Your data is never sold or used for advertising.

This service also cannot replace an in-person physical examination. The physician may decline to issue a document if the clinical situation requires it, if there is insufficient information, or if the concern falls outside the scope of safe teleconsultation practice.
